Dr Toubi is a fantastic doctor and we feel fortunate to have had her oversee my pregnancy and the birth of our second son. As an older patient with a history of preeclampsia, I probably wasn’t the easiest patient to take on but in spite of the onset of preeclampsia early into my third trimester, Dr Toubi kept her cool, kept me calm, and scheduled regular monitoring. It felt like a team effort. When we got the baby safely to 37 weeks, I was able to have a planned C-section performed by Dr. Toubi and her team. All went well and I delivered a healthy baby boy without any NICU time.
Dr. Toubi was also really great with postpartum care – I hadn’t received much follow-up with my first pregnancy so it was really great having someone reassuring to see me through my second postpartum period. She’s super kind and easy to talk to. My incision healed really nicely, and Dr. Toubi took my concerns seriously in the following weeks.
